PzF Grundstücks-Entwicklungs GmbH works with built and unbuilt land. We buy and develop plots, plan and divide them, manage them over time, and sell or lease them on. We may also take part in companies with similar activities.

A plot is rarely just a plot. A festival ground, a studio building and an exhibition hall each ask different things of access, layout and surroundings. We plan with the intended use in mind.
